We have been working with youngs since 2019 when they installed out heat pump and restored central air to our house. We continued to have them do the maintenance for us every 6m which is mainly just replacing the filter and making sure its opporating as it should. It is so nice because they call you when its time maintenance! We became members when they offered it which is only $20 a month so those maintenances outside of the low cost of the filter the rest of the maintenance is free and 20% off other work and parts! Also if youre worried something isnt working right they come out to look again for free when youre a member! Even "cheaper" hvac companies wont beat out Youngs membership prices and perks. They offered a 10 year part warranty on our heat pump and thank goodness for that because now almost 7 years later we have a problem and the parts are under warranty which is going to save us hundreds if not more (we think our issue came from bad weather possibly a branch landing on it not company error). What wouldve been around a $900 bill turned into around $350 after warranty and memebership discount like thats incredible!! They always are able to get an appt scheduled within a day to a week from the time you call and unlike a lot of hvac services Youngs guys actually show up when they say they will! By far the most reasonable price! Their comfort specialist, Grayson, asked really good questions and helped me feel confident I was getting the right system. The electrician arrived within the time window that I was given, completed the replacement of the bathroom exhaust fan in 2 hours as estimated in the bid, and cleaned up.
