Service Areas in the Tri-Cities, WA
Young’s Heating and Cooling has served the Tri-Cities since 2004. From our office on West Grandridge Boulevard in Kennewick, our technicians cover Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland — three cities that sit within a few miles of each other but ask genuinely different things from an HVAC, electrical, and plumbing contractor.
Kennewick’s south-hill subdivisions and its older core near the river. Pasco’s rapid west-side growth against its established east side. Richland’s 1940s Hanford-era housing alongside brand-new master-planned neighborhoods. Two decades working across all three is what lets us walk into any of them and know roughly what we’re going to find.

No heat, no cooling, or no hot water? Complete outages get priority on our schedule across all three cities — especially during a heat advisory or a hard freeze. Call (509) 525-4328 and tell us the system is down entirely.
Choose Your City
Kennewick, WA
Our office is here, which makes Kennewick the city we reach fastest. Summers push past 100°F for weeks at a time and local water runs 5–14 grains per gallon — hard enough that sediment in water heaters is a routine call, not an occasional one. We serve Southridge, Canyon Lakes, Creekstone, Hansen Park, Badger Canyon, and the West, East, Central, and South Kennewick neighborhoods.

Pasco, WA
The fastest-growing of the three by a wide margin — Pasco posted the third-largest population gain of any Washington city in 2025–26, in the state’s fastest-growing county. It’s also the hottest, averaging 55 days a year at or above 90°F. We work the newer West Pasco developments along Road 68, Road 100 and Broadmoor, plus Chapel Hill, Desert Plateau, and the established North, Central, and East Pasco neighborhoods.

Richland, WA
The most unusual of the three to work in. Richland’s core is still largely made up of government-built “Alphabet Houses” from 1943, wired and ducted for 1940s living — while Badger Mountain South is a master-planned community still selling lots. Richland also runs its own municipal power company rather than a PUD, which changes the process for meter and service-upgrade work. We serve South and North Richland, Badger Mountain, Horn Rapids, Meadow Springs, Westcliffe, Queensgate, Leslie/Gage, Central Richland, and Columbia Point.
Richland Services →What We Do in All Three Cities
Every service below is available across Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland. We’re licensed for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing in-house, which means one call instead of coordinating three contractors on three different days.
Beyond those five, we also handle duct cleaning, indoor air quality, drain cleaning, water softeners, solar, commercial boilers, and commercial refrigeration. See all cooling, heating, electrical, and plumbing services.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which cities does Young’s serve?
Our core service area is Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland. From our Walla Walla location we also serve Walla Walla, College Place, Burbank, Dayton, Waitsburg, Touchet, Prescott, Dixie, Lowden, Starbuck, and West Richland, plus Milton-Freewater and Pendleton in Oregon.
Do you charge a trip fee for the outlying towns?
Any charges are explained upfront when you book — never added afterward. Call and we’ll tell you exactly what to expect for your address before you commit to anything.
Do you handle HVAC, electrical, and plumbing everywhere you serve?
Yes. We’re licensed for all three, and that doesn’t change by city. It’s the main reason customers stay with us: one contractor who already knows the house.
How fast can you get to me?
In Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland, same-day and next-day appointments are usually available, with complete outages prioritized. Outlying towns may take slightly longer depending on the day — we’ll give you a realistic window when you call rather than an optimistic one.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Yes — licensed, insured, and NATE-certified, across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work. We’re also a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer and BBB accredited with an A+ rating.
